Comments: Thailand has signed but not yet ratified the UN Convention Against Corruption (which would theoretically cover this issue once Thailand's domestic laws were brought into line with the Convention's requirements). Thailand is in the process of revising its laws along the lines of the Convention. The revised laws will have to be passed by the new Parliament.
