  Comments: According to the Transparency and Access to Information Law, citizens can request information for free and only pay the cost of copying (in paper or digital format). In practice, there are some additional costs for citizens: the Audit Agency Web site does not have this information on line and the headquarters is in Lima, making difficult the access to information at regional level.
