Peer Review Comments: There are three important organs to which civil servants can report corruption. They are (1) the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Disciplinary Committee; (2) the State Council Supervisory Organ; and (3) the National Bureau of Corruption Prevention, and their branches at the provincial, municipal and county levels.
