Peer Review Comments: According to the World Bank's 'Doing Business 2008' report, BiH has recorded the biggest deterioration for the 'starting business' category comparing to the 2007 results. www.doingbusiness.org

In the 'Doing Business 2007' report, costs of starting a business were among the highest recordd.. Measured in percentage of income per capita, the costs of company registration in BiH amounted to 37 percent, comparing to the region score of 14.1 percent and OECD countries that had 5.3 percent.
