Peer Review Comments: The reporter's comments indicate a "NO" score. Moreover, to my knowledge, Armenia has not joined the OECD Anti-Corruption Convention.

  Comments: There is no special law or regulation allowing money laundering in Armenia. Recently the former minister of Foreign Affairs, Alexander Arzumanyan, was charged with money laundering. However, according to the media, it was a political prosecution against opposition.
