  Comments: The records can be obtained for free of charge or for the cost of photocopying. However, first of all, it's hard to get allowance for accessing the records and it may be required to visit the office or national capital where the office is located. The Ombudsman Agency in Armenia has no power or mandate to impose penalties on offenders.
