Peer Review Comments: The fire that destroyed "Cromañón" -a place where rock bands played for thousands of young people- where 194 died, revelead the lack of control and an important mechanism of corruption In the fitting out (qualification) of places that implies government employees, policemen and businessmen. There are 15 tried persons and the trial begins in three months.
